Chris Ryan

Zoe has a holistic approach to personal training and uses both her NHS experience and fitness knowledge to teach boot camp, circuit exercise classes and run small group training sessions focusing on weight training skills for women.

Amy Trisnan
Amy has been delivering Pilates classes for over ten years, with a steadily growing client base and has been teaching at Purley Sports Club for six of those years. She offers mixed ability classes as well as beginners’ classes and a ‘men only’ class. She has built up a loyal following of clients who appreciate not only her skill and experience but also the individualised personal touch she brings to her classes.
Tanya Clarke

Tanya has over ten years of professional football club experience, having spent time at Fulham FC, Crystal Palace FC and latterly Chelsea FC, where she spent eight years working with first and reserve team players, academy and youth team players and the ladies professional team. She also has experience across several diverse sports (including tennis, hockey, squash, netball, and lacrosse) and has worked with children and adults from a variety of backgrounds.

Kirush, or simply K, as most members call him is a highly experienced personal trainer with over a decade of coaching behind him. Known for his calm, knowledgeable approach and a great sense of humour, K creates a training environment where members feel supported, confident and genuinely motivated to push themselves further.
With 10+ years as a qualified PT, K has worked with a wide variety of clients, from total beginners navigating their first gym session to athletes looking to fine-tune their strength and sports performance. His sessions are structured, purposeful and tailored to each individual, focusing on long-term progress rather than quick fixes.
David McKenzie

Members love David’s encouraging, down to earth style and the way he breaks down fitness into something achievable, enjoyable and tailored to you. Every session is designed with purpose, whether that’s improving technique, pushing performance, or simply helping you feel stronger and more confident in your body.
David trains clients at PSC on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
