Introducing Our New Member Portal

A Smarter, Simpler Way to Book, Pay, and Stay Connected

At Purley Sports Club, we are always looking for ways to enhance your experience – both on and off the court.

We’re pleased to introduce our new member platform: ManageOurClub, an improved and user-friendly platform that will make booking courts, managing your membership, and signing up for events smoother and more convenient.

Whether you’re booking a tennis court, enrolling your child in coaching, or simply checking your upcoming activities, everything will now be available in one secure place- accessible anytime, from your computer, tablet, or mobile device.

We understand that learning something new can take a little time, and we’re here to make the transition as smooth as possible. This page will guide you through everything you need to know, so you can feel confident using the new system when it launches.

What’s Changing for You?

Here are the key updates you’ll notice once the new system is in place:

Court Bookings

  • Online court bookings will now be made through the new portal. On the phone and in person bookings will still be available
  • Payment is required upfront at the time of booking
  • You can pay using your virtual wallet or a debit/credit card

Refunds

  • If a session is cancelled or refunded, the money will go straight back into your virtual wallet
  • You can use your wallet balance for future bookings, classes or purchases

Membership Management

  • You’ll be able to update your personal details directly through your account
  • You can check and amend your invoices, account information and preferences through the portal

The system is designed to work for everyone – whether you’re a long-standing member or only visiting for a session.

For Members
Log into your account to:

  • View upcoming and past bookings
  • Top up your virtual wallet
  • Manage court bookings
  • Sign up for adult or junior coaching, classes and holiday camps
  • Register for social events
  • Enquire about function room hire options
  • Update your personal details

For Non-Members
Set up a guest account to:

  • Book classes, coaching sessions and pay and play courts
  • Enrol children in camps
  • Top up a virtual wallet for faster checkout
  • Enquire about memberships or hire options

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Absolutely. We have dedicated staff running seminars that will cover the basics of the new system and answer any questions you may have. If you’re unable to attend an in-person session, you can also reach out to our support team by email.
No – there’s no need to cancel your current direct debit. Your membership payments will continue as usual through the new system (GoCardless) without any interruption. Everything will transfer over automatically.
No. You can use the system through any internet browser on a computer, tablet or smartphone. You do have the option to pin the webpage to your phone home screen for easier access if you prefer. Please see the related video above to see the walkthrough for more information about this process.
You can top up your wallet directly through the portal using a debit card. There will be a simple link marked “Click here to add funds” on your account page. Please see the video guide walkthrough for more information about this process.
If we cancel a session, the full amount will be returned to your virtual wallet. You can then use it for a future booking.
Yes – all current membership types and benefits remain the same. The new system just makes it easier to view and manage them online.
There’s a “Forgot My Password” link on the login page. Click it, and you’ll be emailed simple instructions to reset your password.
Yes, while we encourage members to use the online system for ease and speed, we’ll still be happy to assist you with bookings at the club or by phone, especially during the initial transition period.
Yes, any remaining balance in your existing account will be transferred to your new virtual wallet. Your previous booking history won’t transfer, but your future bookings will be visible once you’re logged in.
Absolutely. The platform uses secure, encrypted technology to protect your personal data and payments, in line with current privacy and security standards.
No – if you’re an existing member, your account will already be set up in the new system. You’ll receive an email with instructions on how to log in for the first time and set your password.
